The next step to reserve your function space on Mackinac Island is to call (866) 847-6575, use our event request form or e-mail our Group Sales Manager.

In order to serve you better, we require:

• Your event date and time
• A rough idea of your number of guests
• Your menu choice
• Your full name, address & phone number
• Your preferred function location

Once we have received this information we can create a Booking Agreement to outline your specifications. This contract will detail our responsibilities, our cancellation policy and all of the facts and costs that are pertinent to your Event.

We will then send this agreement to you for your approval and signature. If all is well, you may return the agreement and a deposit within the dates specified to confirm your reservation.

We are available throughout the process to answer your questions and are ready to assist you at any time.
